First day of School....

New school day for Madie and Jack...

High school for Madie...dropping her off with all of the older kids...that was hard! There are 18 year olds there!!! Madie doesn't like new situations...the unknown...she shuts down. But this morning she brightened up and made it! I can't wait to hear it all...hopefully mostly good.

Middle school for Jack...he was so nervous...he talked non stop...he worried about every little thing...but he was prepared beyond prepared....but he had a lot of what if questions! We prayed and gave it all to Jesus...but of course he took it back many times this morning! After today he will be a pro at Middle School and he will be leading others around! That is just who he is.

Just an hour and they are done...I can't wait to hear about their day.

I tried to get some homework done today while they were at school....there is so much to do. I love my classes. I am finding it hard to find time to write in my blog though. And I miss it so much. I apologize! I am hoping to get a handle on the amount of homework and reading so that I can make sure I am in the Word and my eyes are on Him...and I can write here.

All I know right now is that Jesus is the only way, the truth and the life. He is the only way. He is the only one who can carry us through. Keep your eyes focused on Jesus. My plate is full...my mind is crammed...I wonder how it all is going to work...but God...He knows.

Off to work on an assignment comparing the American Counseling Associatioin code of ethics to the American Association of Christian Counselors code of ethics and then to try and somehow read 8 chapters in my books by Saturday! (no complaining...just overwhelmed!)
